The Adult Reading Center (ARC) in Pearland held their second annual Red Carpet Gala at the Hilton Garden Inn on Saturday, Oct. 11. Approximately 200 people came out to support the organization. The theme was “Casino Night,” and patrons enjoyed roulette, craps, poker, blackjack and slot machines while a DJ kept lively music going for those who wanted to dance. A buffet was available, along with a bar and soft drinks. A silent auction was held in the lobby, which included signed prints, jerseys and game balls from J.J.
